2 more persons test positive for COVID-19

The Epidemiology Unit of the Ministry of Health says 2 more persons have tested positive for the coronavirus in Sri Lanka.
In its latest report the Epidemiology Unit said the number of COVID-19 cases has therefore increased to 104.
The Epidemiology Unit says 6 of the 104 cases have recovered and have been discharged from hospital.
Meanwhile 100 individuals suspected to have contracted the novel coronavirus in the country are under observation at the National Institute of Infectious Diseases.
147 other suspected cases have been admitted to 20 hospitals across the country.
The Health Ministry said five foreign nationals are among those under observation for COVID-19.
An individual who tested positive for COVID-19 was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of the IDH.
