Lankan Embassy in Kuwait closed for two weeks

The Sri Lankan Embassy in Kuwait will be closed until the 11th of October after three staff members had tested positive for COVID-19.
The Embassy in a statement said 44 female migrant workers who were held at a safe house had also contracted the novel coronavirus.
Accordingly, the Embassy will remain closed during the next two weeks.
The general public has been requested to contact the embassy via e-mail for any emergencies.
