No new Covid-19 cases recorded in SL yesterday

Sri Lanka recorded no new cases of COVID-19 yesterday, after five persons tested positive for the novel coronavirus on Tuesday, the 24th of March.
The Ministry of Health indicated that it did not receive any new confirmation of COVID-19 during the past 24 hours.
The Health Ministry said Sri Lanka has so far confirmed 102 COVID-19 positive cases.
Three individuals have recovered and have been discharged from hospital.
99 individuals who have tested positive for COVID-19 are receiving treatment in three hospitals.
88 COVID-19 patients are being treated at the National Institute of Infectious Diseases while 10 cases have been admitted to the Welikanda Base Hospital.
Another individual who tested positive for the COVID-19 strain is receiving treatment at the Mulleriyawa Base Hospital.
