The Ministry of Education has introduced a hotline to lodge complaints regarding safety issues within GCE Advanced Level examination centres.
The Ministry said concerned parties can lodge complaints via 1988.
The 2020 Advanced Level examination commenced on the 12th of this month and will conclude on the 6th of November.
The A/Level examination is being worked-off at 2,648 centres.
The Ministry said in order to facilitate the disinfection process and to ensure the safety of each examination hall, either the principal, deputy principal or a senior teacher of respective schools have been appointed as additional supervisors of such centres.
The Ministry said since necessary guidelines have been given to such individuals, if there are concerns about the safety of examination centres, the public should contact the Ministry via the hotline and lodge complaints.
